Collect applications the clean way. Build forms for staff apps, whitelist requests, or events; members fill them out and submissions land in a channel for your team, with optional voting.

You create an application form (its questions and where submissions go), then send a button to a channel for members to apply. Each submission is posted to your review channel, optionally with a poll so staff can vote.

Short on time? The AI option can draft the form's questions from a plain-English description of what you're recruiting for.
Create your first application
- Choose Add Application and give the form a name.
- Set the channel where completed submissions are sent for review.
- Add your questions manually, or use AI to generate them from a description.
- Choose Send to post the apply button to a channel members can see.
- (Optional) Turn on Poll for staff voting and set a Blacklist role.

Troubleshooting
| Problem | Fix |

| Members can’t apply | Use Send to post the form button to a channel they can access. |
| Submissions don’t appear | Set the submission channel on the form and check the bot can post there. |
| A member shouldn’t apply | Give them the Blacklist role. |
